Engine rings

I have just overhauled a 327 small block. My number 3 cylinder is pushing oil through my intake and my spark plug has oil around it. I was told that I probably was running too rich of a fuel mixture. I bought a new carburetor and still have the problem. I ran a compression check and all cylinders and it ran good compression. If the ring is ruined and I must replace them I would like to put something better then the chrome molly rings that I had in it. . The last time that I overhauled it the chrome molly was wore off the rings. I was thinking of perfect circle rings.

Possible that the intake gasket is not sealing.
Moly rings are as good as youre going to find.
If youre wearing out the rings maybe the cylinder wall finish is not right or its ingesting dirt.
