engine runing a idle with 34 degress. --sbc
why when i setting the timing it only runns good at 34 degress at idle(600 rpm) and with vacuum disconected. when i try to put it on 12 it runs rough. i found the tdc. so the marks are right. the engine is a 350 goodwrench engine.

Is the balancer new? Could have slipped.
