Will a455 olds engine fit in a cutlass 1986

yes,very tight fit.
did acouple of them about 12 years ago.
you will have to cut the heater box and remove the ac condinsor,relocate the oil filter,use cast iron manifolds.engine parts you will be talking to mondello.a rear end you can use from a buick grand national direct bolt in,we used a 3.42 gear and it was alot of fun.a stock rearend will break,we learned from someone else's mistake.

Thank you for the info. about the fit of 455. I will kept this info. to make it easyer to put in.
