Thank you for clearing that up. The motor now has a HEI, I was just wondering if I needed all those wires. I have a electrial problem and just trying to go through everything.

Nice update so far, New ignition switch has been installed. The grounds from the firewall were blowing in the breeze, that has been rectified. And so far I drove 30 miles with no shutting down.
Thanks everyone. I have a fuel question so I'm going to check if there is a fuel forum.
