What would be the easist bigger engine to put into a trans am then a 305?

i just swapped out my 305 for a 350 and it was pretty simple. i was in a truck but i couldnt think it would be that much harder in a car.

347mustang is right i forgot about that. the 455 olds and the 350 diesel had the same mounting pattern. so all you would need to do is put the 350 diesel engine mounts on the 455 (i know this is true for the 455 olds im not sre about the pontiac though). but after that much of a power increase put in a good th400 and a beefier rear end.
