Engine swap question 4.6 to 5.4
I havent worked on anything but GM like this before so I havent any idea, but I have an 02 mustang GT conv with the 4.6 in it and I have a friend who is willing to sell me a supercharged 5.4 with harness for $750. Would this be worth it and would there be any mods? Like moving motor mounts, or having to change trannies and driveshaft, ect... ? Any input would be great!

I work at a ford dealer and one of my coworkers just installed a supercharged twin cammed motor in his mustang and let me tell you it was quite the chore. But it was fast! I would think only someone who really knows how to do things should attemp this type of swap. What is the motor out of? Is it a factory supercharged motor? Auto or manual?
