Engine upgrade

Hello, I have a stock 69 chevy 350 engine, not sure of hp but think its 300hp. I would like to build this to about 375 hp. What parts do I need? I would rather not change the pistons or crank just heads, cam, intake and carb and headers.
What recomendations do you have?
Thanks

If the budget allows?
dart shp heads
small hydraulic roller,220@050 and .500 lift (check piston to valve clearance)
performer intake
your QJ carb should be fine
1 5/8 long tube headers,good exhaust
