hello all,,,, im trying to figure out exactly what year engine i have , i have posted before but cant seem to find everything on it ,,,,,,,numbers as follows
back off the block 14010207 beside it is CFD
passenger front engine pad is VO111FSM just below this is CE4135849,
from what i have found so far is i believ it to be a 80-85 350 possible 4 bolt main, but i would like to find out the rest of the vin numbers mean, any help here would be great, i cant seem to find anything on engine passenger pad numbers, what the hell do they mean,,,,,thanks again everyone much apprecaited!!

Look on the bell housing flange. On it will be the blocks date code. It will look like this example:
B 5 2
B is the month, 2nd month: Feb.
5 is the date, the 5th
2 is the year. 1972. (this will vary depending on the years the block was casted by it`s casting number)
It can also look like this example:
B 5 72 depending.
