Engine wire harness ?

Hey, I have a 1996 Chevy S10 truck with a 2.2 four cyl., 5 speed standered.
I want to put a 4.3 V6, with an automatic trans.. ? what do I need to
do as far as the wiring? I was thinking of getting the complete motor
and trans. with the computer and all, but am I missing anything? Ya'll
help would be greatly appreiated.. Thanks

radiator,column shift or floor shifter , driveshaft (different length),exhaust system, probably a lot easier and to trade it for a v 6 model. Unless you dont mind walking and having it set in your driveway for six months as well.
Might as well put a 383 motor in it.Just buy another truck with a bad motor,no sense taking apart a perfectley good running truck

I agree. It will cost a lot less to sell yours and buy a v6 truck than doing a swap.

Engine wire harness ?

Hey, I was thinking about that too.. I really like the S10's. But the one
I have is a regular cab. I was hoping too find an extended cad about
the same year, or maybe just a little older; I had an S10 Blazer with
a built 350 4barrel carb. I want to do an S10 Truck, but with a 4.3
TBI.. Nothing wild, just good compression and a low ratio rear end..Thanks
