I am currently building a 383 stroker and have put it in a 55 1st series Chevy truck. My problem is I put Edlebrock Victor Jr. heads on it and my hugger headers will not clear the two middle spark plugs. Any recommendations on what to use in such a tight area. Thanks much.
what headers are you running now? If it were me i would find a set of huggers made to clear angled plugs. such as these (not saying buy these ones but they were top of the google search)
That looks like it might do the trick, the headers I have now do not have a name or marking on them. I will put a phone call into them tomorrow and see. Thanks for the advice.
make sure you do some research so you dont get something that "works" but isnt durable or cheap. poorly produced produscts can sure wipe a smile off your face when they fall apart or all the chrome flakes off (if you go with chrome)
