Cleveland has 8 bolts holding valve cover on, windsor has 6.
Cleveland has thermostsat housing mounted to block, windsor has it mounted to water crossover in manfold.
Cleveland has timing cover cast in to front of block, with just a flat plate cover, Windsor has an aluminum casting about 2" thick with the fuel pump mounted on it.
Windsor looks like a slightly bigger version of a 302, Cleveland looks kind of like a smaller version of a 460
