Exhaust systems
Can you help me with the following.
A) How to design step exhaust pipes. B) How to design anti- reversion exhaust manifolds

By the term "step exhaust pipe" do you mean the type of headers that go 4 into 2 into 1? Or are you asking about the exhaust pipes themselves?
Designing exhaust systems for anti-reversion is a complex task. You need to find some good references and start reading. You will also probably need a dyno for final tuning if you want the max efficiency. Bruce
