Exhuast issue.

Hello.
You most all know Im building an insane car. A 73 ProstreetGremlin. And as so, Id like to use off the norm looks werever I can on parts n pieces that allow.
I was really set on using the exhuast tips like off the car Mad Max with the 4 pipes looking like zoomies pop up between the door and the rear tire like so.

Nuttie to most, but thats what I want. Lets face it the car nor I am very on there rocker.
So I have only roughly 10 inches of room to play with between my door and rear tire. The pipes I looked at. Here

There to wide. Anyone have any ideas, pics, companies, designs, ect.... Of anything else like this I can do? Tired of the same ole Corvette sidepipes or duals out the back. HG

Sounds like an awesome and unique idea. I think it will be great!

Too bad you don't live in L.A... I have a great buddy there who loves to build zoomies.

You've got the plans right there in the pictures. Four pipes, 2" diameter and with 1/2" between the pipes = 9 1/2". Four pipes 2 1/2" diameter jammed together with no space between them = 10". Get some straight tubing and some 90 degree bends and fire up the MIG.

Just be aware that because of human nature, folks will use the pipes as trash receptacles. So, expect to find bubble gum, pools of coke and all sorts of other junk in the bottom of the tubes if you leave the car unattended with the pipes open on the ends.
