Expert advice required urgently...

Hi all, I'm new to this forum so I will introduce myself first.
I am based in the UK. My car is a TVR Cerbera 4.5, V8 SOHC 2VPC 75degree flat-plane. She is currently stripped down and will be going through a BIG forced induction project.

We will be using a ProCharger F1R supercharger. There will be around 1000RWHP at 7000 revs, and around 800lbs of torque.

I have chosen to use a custom LAE Kryptonite Billet Crank to take cc up to 5500.

My questions are:

Who makes the best (reliable) pistons?
Who makes the best (reliable) rings?
Who makes the best bearings money can buy?
Who makes the best (reliable) valves?

I have been reading everywhere on the net, and everyone seems to think their product is the best, I need some experienced views on what is the real deal.

Now, am I right in believing that using titanium springs and retainers for valves is the way to go? If so, who do you guys recommend?

So far, CP have been recommended to me for pistons, and LAE for the crank.

Please help out here, before I waste my hard earned cash on something less than reliable...

Many thanks!

Welcome.......great looking car. Don't know if anyone here can help you much, certainly not me. There may be someone on this board who is knowledgable on these cars.

Thanks..

Well there is no aftermarket support for the engine in this car, its based on an F1 engine design. So I know I'll have to get custom built parts, whence the LAE crank.

Basically any company out there which is highly regarded in the as far as reliability and performance is concerned - thats the names I need- and then I can hopefully contact them and gets specs sent over and custom components made up....
