Post EZ-Wire : Reading Wires From Steering Column

I'm trying to determine the hookups for my EZ-Wire kit TURN SIGNAL connections.

The plug on my steering column measures 3 7/8" so I know which connector in the kit I'll be using ... but the colors of the wires on my trucks column are all whacky - it's a 75 Cadillac tilt/tele steering column and I need to run the wires from the EZ-Wire kit for :

L-front Signal (lt blue)
L-rear Signal (yellow)
R-front Signal (blue)
R-rear Signal (green)
Horn (black)
Hazzard (dk brown)
Turn Flasher (purple)
Brake Switch (white)

My question is - how do I best determine which wires in my Caddy column will match/connect to each of the above?

Do I disconnect one at a time and see what happens? Or is there a better way?

Thanks.

Ah-haaa!! LOL!

THANKS, Zonk! You did it for me, bro'. I didn't see those letters there before - EZ-Wire gives a list of code letters, but I just missed seeing them in the truck because of all the dirt and crud, darkness under the dash, and them letters being on the underside of the connector.

Man what a nightmare 49 years of unattended wires becomes on an old truck! It sure is gonna feel good when I do this rewiring job!
