f100 brakes!!

i have a 1979 f100 ford pickup. its got a 300 straight six motor in it 3 on the tree manual transmission. what i really wish it had was power brakes im getting sick of pumping them all the time.. what i was wondering if i could put a brake booster on it without any modification?

Shouldn't be needing to "pump the brakes", you have other problems...

i dont have to pump the brakes you have to pump them to build better pressure to stop better

What I'm saying is, there is something wrong with the brakes you have now if you have to "pump" the pedal in order to stop. Fix that problem and you'll likely be satisfied with what you already have. Adding a power system to faulty brakes will not have the effect you are looking for...
