what model is it? i have skirts for my car and they're pretty basic. just find the right shape and you'll probably want to fold over each side for strength. maybe you could make a channel or something to run along the back for more rigidity. my skirts also have a rubber strip around it to protect the fender line. i think the tricky part to this would be figuring out an easy but strong way to fasten the skirt to the body. my skirts have a lever that kind of feeds up thru the fender line and then clamps the two pieces together and then latches on the inside of the skirt.

good luck.

what i was going to start with is the old wheel molding. i was going to cut the chrome part off and use the fastener part as my starting point. sinse it is shaped just like the fender well and its already got the hole pattern for easy attachment. ive got a couple of ideas on how to make the the body part. i was thinking of welding a piece of sheetmetal to old molding piece and grind and bondo it smooth. wat u think? is there something else i should do, like for strenghth or something. thanx for replying and for future help i am given.
