Factory truck bed sealant question

What is the stuff the factories use to seal the edges of truck beds? Is it just a silicone sealant? I notices it's starting to separate in my truck bed, and was wondering if there's some sort of special "secret recipe" or if it's something I can find locally. Thanks,

In a while, Chet.

I use 3m seam sealer. My local paint supplier has it and you just load it up in a caulk gun and go to town.

Thanks, found it this morning at the part's store. I guess it helps when you know exactly what to look for...
