Post fake disc brakes?

I saw an add for fake disc brakes somewhere but cant remember where. They fill the rim when you put larger wheels on and look like vented rotors. Does anyone have any info?

Post re: fake disc brakes?

Fake disc brakes??? Why would you want to do that? Are you sure you didn't see a disc that is mounted behind the wheel to keep brake dust from getting on the rim?

Post re: fake disc brakes?

All they basically do is keep brake dust off of rims, and yeah just for looks. Try JcWhitney, and Pepboys. They for sure have those. Steve
