fat tires & wheels

I have been searching for weeks, and am going crazy with all the web sites out there regarding good old fashion FAT tires & wheels for my '31.....Seems like Mickey Thompson, or Hoosier are pretty much it in these sizes? I really would like a rear tire in the 31X18.5X18 range, radials, or maybe a 20" wheel, but the style I want (typically the Torq Thrust 5 spoke style in chrome), is limited to certain sizes which are not that wide....I am also limited to a 3.5-3.75" back spacing....any suggestions out there?
