feathing filler
so do I feather bondo with 80? or just get it close and move to 180 or 220 for the feathering? what size scratch do you want to spray epoxy over and then high build so it doesnt shrink back?

You want to finish the sanding of the filler and any feathering of paint to be in 180. You want the finest scratches possible and 180 is plenty fine enough for most any epoxy or urethane primer to fill with ease.
