The School Bus

The school bus either holds good memories or bad. When I was in second grade I was sent to a catholic school in north California. Most of the nuns had one thing on there minds, corporal punishment. The sister who drove the school Bus was neater than the flying nun. She happen to be the music teacher and bus driver and a happy person. The school"s bus was a 1954 Chevy and boy could the Sister drive it. The best part of the hole day was the ride to and from school. As soon as the bus pulled away from a curb the bus would brake out in song and none of the songs were religious. On the route was a abandon rail road crossing witch the Sister would shoot causing the kids in the back seat to go air borne , She would laugh and return to song. got milk

Milk home delivery is one of services that faded away . The same with full service gas stations. I believe things were just a little bit more friendly and simple when these services existed. And I always liked the Divco delivery trucks. Signed Vagabond Road Artist :Lincoln Highway Johnny.

No photoshop involved! ;)

I have had this one for a while. I drew it about 5 or 6 years ago using pencil, pen, and markers... all by hand. No photoshop whatsoever was involved.
I have plenty more all by hand however this was the only commercial type of old skool vehicle in my collection.
Hope yall like!
