hey everyone, i just picked up a 27 5 window coupe and was wondering if anyone could give me some ideas about some rear fenders for it. in alberta i do believe i need to have rear fenders in order to use my car as a regular driver. i just didnt really want any to begin with, does anyone have any thoughts on making a more custom set rather than just plain rolled fenders?
Make some out of fiber glass.I just made a set of home made trike fenders.I have pics in my Journal.Made a buck, then a mold, then the fenders.
Those pictures make me feel COLD ... just looking at them.
I could NOT live there ... It was nice and warm enough ( almost 70 degrees ) to ride my Harley here today
hey, sorry it took me so long to get back. i'm likin the look of some of those cycle fenders on tperformance.com, but i still am undecided. iwanted to do my car up as more of a traditional style rod all steel etc, but those glass fenders are pretty decent lookin. i'm not sure what i want to do and i need to find out what the laws are regarding this, because i've seen tbuckets and several deuces cruisin and they had no fenders but were registered, i'm really gunna have to look into this. what's your guys opinion on fenders, or lack of them????
I love the fenderless look. The only thing is if you put a nice paint job the tires will throw rocks at it.For a primered rod I think fenderless is the way to go if it is legal where you are.
