Fiber tech for fiberglass repair?

I'm wondering if fiber tech would work for a fiberglass repair on a 1970 vette with some cracks in the fiberglass. I'm thinking "v" them out grind them back and then fiber tech them. I've used it to redo lead seams and been very happy with it. Or would mat and resin be better?

Some of that is SMC and not glass so you need a SMC compatible product..

According to Evercoat, fiber tech is SMC compatible, I'm just wondering if the cracks will come back? My paint rep recomended fiber tech, but I've been reading alot of posts that recomend mat and epoxy resin.

I would post this on the Corvette forums rather than take a paint reps word for it. Those guys on the Vette forum know what works long term.

epoxy resin and mat . do not do the coke can thing either. sharp lines are what ghost back in glass. feather out the area and fill with mat. fibertech is kaka anyway.
