Fiberglass - Filler

I have a fiberglass panel on my vette that has some small pits after sanding off some old resin and primer. I removed some custom body panels that were put on with resin.

Can I just his this with some 2K or should I go over it with filler? The pits are no bigger than the point of a pencil.

Thanks

Steve

If i were you, i'd go over with the filler. its not much of a hassle you'll know that it was done right..

I mix some 'glass resin in with the filler for a smoother finish, that might be a more positive bond. Requires less primer fill that way too.

I would mix some resin and force into the holes.

resin is almost not needed for small pinholes like it sounds like he has, but if they were larger holes like the size of a penny then yes
