Fiberglass repair questions from newbie-pics-please help
Dear body-repair gurus,
I need to repair this dent in my 1999 35th Anniversary silver GT hood and was wondering what the best strategy would be. I have never done fiberglass repair or a paintjob, but im certain that I can do a ok/decent job with much research and advice from the experts here. What are the materials that people trust for a lasting repair and what are the steps and sequence in which I need to lay the materials into the repair? I know there is a bunch of stuff I need to do to ensure a good repair and that its not trivial. Is there a good methodical thread or article somewhere that people can link me to which describes the process in great detail?
