Thanks Dan, I've used the SEM paints before and they worked well on a dash I did years ago. I'll check out our local auto paint shop to see if they have any of the fillers, but I won't hold my breath. I should be able to order on line somewhere. Do you think this would be best for the wheel?

I have no idea where I can get the closed cell foam for the dash. I was experimenting a few years ago after reading a book about upholstery, and finally found some thicker stuff in a larger town 100 miles away at an upholstery shop. They didn't call it Volara though. When you put the foam on does it stretch or do you have to piece it around compound curves?

Would I use the same filler for the dash, or should I use the bumper stuff I already have, or something else?
