Finally Painted my 68 Firebird...pics

First off thanks to all you guys who helped me learn how to post pictures on here. Now that I know I would just like to share with you guys some pics of my car. Since the pictures were taken I have watersanded the whole car and the front cap is buffed out. Hopefully I will get the rest buffed this weekend. Thanks guys for all the inut along the way. Your knowledge sure has helped me out.

To 428HO....that white is beautiful. It also looks super clean underneath, and no I haven't visited that website.

Barthmonster...It's not orange my friend it is viper red!!! (with a white sealer underneath)

x711....It is BC/CC...I have two coats of white Dupont Chromaseal, threee coats of Omni base (viper red).....and three super wet coats of Nason 497 clear..

Thanks guys for all your comments. This is my second full rod build at the ripe old age of 22. This one is 10 times nicer than the last and hopefully they will just keep getting nicer. Its really hard to concentrate in college when all I can think about is getting home on the weekend to rub on it some more. Hopefully I'll be on the road in the next month or so(maybe at least before its time for my finals)!!

stranger,

i sprayed the sealer and base with a cambell hausfield hvlp gun. and the clear with a cheap kobalt hvlp with a 1.5 tip that i got at lowes.
