Finally painting!

Oh yes, the gods have smiled upon me and its a clear summer day and I, with gun in hand am comencing the art of applying pigment to the otherwise naked torso of the upcoming rider. Yes, its in the 3rd stage in the 5 stage process, I applied the base this morning then the tank devil and soon the candy and scallops then clear. Taking shots of the thing so once the paint is complete I will show them. It should be a sight to see, but we'll see. I've already had 5 death crawls and a hair so lets she how it goes shall we. Hope everyone else is having a good weekend, take it easy.

Oh yes, she is in a red dress tonight! Wild cherry candy is gleaming, its very nice. Just finished the final coat of cherry. Tomorrow I apply the silverwhite scallops and the very last coat of clear, wait untill tuesday and polish that honey to a perfect shine. The day has been good to me aside from the fact that I spilled my last can of reducer, I'm pretty much content. As soon as I finish the paint or roll of film whichever comes first you'll gets some pictures.

(cept for spray cans and primer!):surprised. hopin to have all the pieces back together in a couple of weeks, then off to a chopper shop to get all the other stuff i need on it to be rideable by the end of summer if i'm lucky!

Yep, yackin' about the chop. Why didn't you say you needed help with the springer, they are easy to take apart and rebuild, I could have walked you through it. Thats a nice old indian you have, after all that work its going to be cherry. Mines not meant to be a low key simple rider. Its one of those "will you look at that" type scoots. By next weekend I should have it painted (have to wait for reducer) If you need any help on the ponch let me know, i'll do what I can. Take care bull!

We want pictures! We want pictures! We want pictures!

I was wonderin' where you were at on this project, bro' ... sounds like you're making progress in leaps and bounds!

Can't wait to see it! And what about your product line? Any progress on that yet? I need an original HK shifter knob, man!

As usual I had a few setbacks, but all is still progressing, just at slightly faster rate than sitting. Which knob you want Alan? I've tried to e-mail you for the past few days, but every time I sit down and do something my communists computer Bogart's the memry so I have to reboot and get agitated and leave. Still waiting on my logo to become mine and only mine for sure. When I get the scanner working' again I'll send you a scan of the final logo in color. Take care.

Which knobs are you making? I'd be into something CHEVY ... or something MUSICAL ... or a NINE BALL ... or hey -- the planet Earth would be cool! ... the head of a Shure stage microphone would make a great knob ... or how about a cool rock from the Planet HK?

Alan, thats the exact form I used, what I'm waiting on is my INC. for the end of my name so if something happens no one can take what little I have, just whatever the business has. Thanks for the help though.
