Find replacement seats or redo them
I just traded my 73 Mustang fastback for a 94 GT Mustang with leather seats. The problem I have is the drivers seat has been replaced with a tan cloth seat. The passengers side and rear seats are original with no tears or rips, but they do have cracking in them. Would it be better to find some leather seats at the salvage yard, or Ebay. The other option, should I have the drivers seat redone and have the passengers side and rear seats re dyed and conditioned. The seats are two tone red and black in color.

I think you will have better luck finding a seat at a salvage yard. Then you don't have to pay for shipping. You could also just have the driver's seat re-done to match the rest of the seats. The rest of the seats should come back to life if you just clean and condition them. Lexol makes good products for leather care.
