fire under hood

I got my tilt system last week and finally, got it back on the truck, while I had the hood off I did some touch up. I would like some comments on the color of my flames that are on the inside of the hood, do you guys think the color is ok or should I go with a different color? This is just an experiment, I did some test pieces, but I wanted to see what they looked liked on the hood. If I keep this color thats what will go on the outside. I'm just looking for opinons.

I think they look good if you were to redo them I would say to go to a little lighter color to give it sortof a ghost flames type of look.

Looks good to me as it is! I think ghost flames would get lost under the hood, you need light for them to show so I would think it would be a a waste under the hood because you will never get good light.

Color looks fine. May I suggest maybe a pinstripe outline around them? Something bright, orange, yellow, maybe lime green. Just a suggestion.

You got a good idea/start.
Widen you base's some. Narrow your run's to the tips a little more, they are a little fat.

Try some "Devil Tails" on the tips.

You asked.

Thanks guys I was wondering about the color, I like it and usually don't care what other people think, but this was different , I just wasn't sure, but I think I will stay with it for my flames on the outside. again thanks.
