first small block Chevy rebuild

Hey guys I just bought a 60 model 327 Chevy small block. Atleast that's what the guy that sold it to me said. I want to be sure that's what I got and all the other information that's stamp on the block. I've found all the numbers but I no nothing of being able to decipher the numbers and letters. Any help would be great!!!

19R002282 / V0906FB (stamp on the front passenger side)

3932380 / H278 (stamp on the rear side)

I can't find any GM block with 3932380. The last zero isn't found, I suspect maybe it's a "6". What I find is, starting with V0906FB, V-Flint Plant, 09=Sept, 6=6th, kFB= either '55 265 or '69 327. So, assuming 327, it was 235 hp, 2 bbl carb with a powerglide, out of a full size car.

VIN code 19R002282, 1=Chevy, 9=1969, R=Arlington, 002282=production sequence.

Look here, and here for help.

I agree w/you, it sounds like a 327 made for 1969 production having an August 27, '68 cast date (H278) along w/a '69 VIN code stamping.
