Flasher clicks constantly

I am using the Rebel Wire Kit and 5007R turn signal switch. Signals work fine, brake light works fine. When turn signal switch is centered, flasher is still clicking and red light in signal switch is flashing. There is a brown wire from the Rebel Wire kit marked hazard lights not connected to anything.

The turn signal switch uses a three terminal flasher, but wiring harness uses two terminal flasher. I read somewhere to splice the #6 and #7 wires, from turn signal switch together and connect to flasher. Did that.

Why does flasher continue to click???:confused I know it means it's hot all the time when key is on. Turn key off it stops.

I'm not that fam with your switch....... but here's my to cents.....

Disconnect wire 7 (Internal indicator) and see if you get the same issue with the three pole flasher.

Install a two pole flasher unit and connect poles 6 and 7 together and see if the issue goes away
