One possible explanation for the flew plate being bent is if the center of the torque converter doesn't fit INSIDE the rear of the crankshaft- this will cause the flexplate to pull away from the motor to mate with the torque converter. The torque converter should sit completely flush against the flex plate before the bolts are inserted. I have had one that i had to file down the center of the torque converter to slide into the flex plate.

The flex plate should have a lip on one side of the center hole where it goes over the rear of the crankshaft. The lip faces the transmission when installing- they may have "motor side" or "Trans side" stamped into the flexplate as well.
Hope this helps

I've seen flexplates get warped from guys using a prybar and too much force to remove it from the end of the crank- sometimes it's on there tight enough to require some heat to easily remove it. Too much heat will also warp one.

i was hearing a tapping noise, not like a bearing or that sort of things, so while it was running i looked under the car @ the converter and flexplate, the flexplate was wobbleing, so thats looks like a good place to start!
