flexplate to torq convertor bolts help.

i installed my transmission after installing a new flexplate , now im having hell trying to line up the flexplate and torque convertor to install the 3 bolts. any tricks i need to know about? thanks.

Is your torque converter all the way in? It should turn pretty easily to line up a bolt hole. They make a tool to grab the flexplate ring gear if you're having trouble turning it.

yes the tc is all the way in , i got one bolt in but none of the others lined up so i guess you can be off, i guess ill just keep spinnin the crank till i get it.

Mopar converters often have an un-even bolt pattern spacing....

spin the converter around as you mention
