Question Flexplates for Chev 153 or 168

I am building a 383 motor for my 70-1/2 RSS Camaro.
I am at the point of needing a flexplate.
I noticed that there are two types: 153 tooth and 168 tooth. Is there a difference?
Also could I use some advice of the correct aftermarket Hi torque starter. Can I run a in-line bolt pattern starter on a Camaro?

Thanks

153 tooth flywheels were used on some 67 and older trucks with external balancing, and on 86 and newer small clutch set up with one piece rear main seal, starters for the 153 ttoth use the inline and 168 use the staggered pattern

400 cranks had external balance.I would check w/ the company that makes the crank and see if you need external balance flexplate and balancer.I'm not sure about those made for 383 cranks if their internal or external.
As far as teeth I know a 350 takes 168.
