Floor Jack: What am I?

A friend gave me this floor jack (for free) that he picked up at an auction. What is it? The hydraulics work well. The flex-shaft for pressure release needs to be replaced. The label is long gone. There are no visible stamped markings that I can find. The original color appears to have been orange (but I can't be sure of that). The "T" shaped reinforcements welded to the top and bottom edges of the side plates appear to have been added by a previous owner, as they are not the same length and the edges were crudely cut with a torch. I've had one suggestion that it is from the Ausco/watco family. Thanks for any ID help you can provide.

I've been through all the Walker jack parts diagrams on Lazzar's Floor Jack & Hydraulic Cylinder Repair site. None have a flexshaft for the pressure release, which seems to be pretty unique. The other thing about this jack that seems to be unique is the release knob at the end of the handle, but no "tee" handle, only a straight shaft. Most jacks that don't have a tee handle, you just rotate the entire handle to release pressure.

Most of the orange jacks in the old days were made by Hein Warner.
