Post flowmaster 40 series delta or original flows

does any one know which series would sound better on a 302 ford do u know where i can listen to some sounds of them thanks jj

I personally think that regular 40s are just too loud to be cool. Even on a 302, it makes for an obnoxious ride, i would go the the delta flows to quiet it down a little or even some 3 chamber delta flows sound good. Just my 2 cents.

I personally like the 40 series because it gives it the nice loud rumble...... the delta flows are too quiet..... i heard that there discontinuing the 40 series the originals.... is that true??

My friend has a set of 40 series deltas on his 5.0 Mustang and they sound decent on acceleration, but they are real quiet otherwise. I'd get the original 40's. They sound great. I hope the don't stop making them...

...yeah but thats with cats and fuel injection, a carbed muscle car without cats will be much louder.

you can hear them on flowmaster.com just go to products and it's all self explanitory.
Personally I'd go with the original flows.There more loud and agressive.
