flywheel torque = to flex-plate torque??
replaced the flex plate on my sbc cause some teeth were bad. only specs my manual had were for the flywheel at 60ft lbs. anyway, i thought they were like 125 for some reason, so i torqued them down (new bolts from mr. gasket) to 70 ft lbs, maybe 75, my torque wrench gets alittle fuzzy in that area, but they are a 1/2" bolt. i just left them at where i had them. my manual has general torque specs based on bolt size in the front and according to that i am okay. i just wonder if i have any danger of them snapping off at some point.

re: flywheel torque = to flex-plate torque??
About 75 is right for a flex plate, no danger they will snap.
