foil bubble pack insulation

I am going to be using the foil bubble pack insulation on the roof and was considering using it in the doors as well until I gave some thought as to how well does that product repel water as it would come down the inside of the doors during rain etc.. It appears to me that it might retain moisture as you can blow through it edge wise. Any opinions on this one way or the other??

Bubble Wrap

I work for a heating & cooling supply company and we sell this insulation in 4x50 & 4x100 rolls everyday. It is an excellent insulation material-the guys in the field use it to wrap metal ductwork. The type we sell is sealed on the sides, but I realize you will be using smaller pieces than that.Go to a H&C supply house and get some aluminum duct tape(not the cloth kind, get the solid aluminum tape),and seal the edges of the bubble wrap with it after you cut it to size.Be sure to get this tape where you want it the first time,it is very sticky-you won't be able to peel it off and re-position it.
