yes this can be done, it involves a different set of head bolts because the 302 has 3/8 bolts and the 351 has 7/16. ARP makes these for the swap. the cam will also work but you have to change the fireing order to the 351 which ford engineers found to be more technically friendly and the newer 5.0 HO uses the 351 order.Summit and Jeggs sell the bolts.351 fire order is 13726548

it is dooable, but you have to deill a hole in the head for the water, as clevelands didnt have water in the intake manifold like winsors did. the operation is described in the svo ford catalog. the head you want is the australian cleveland head that have 2v ports and 4v closed chambers and ofcourse an intake that fits

yes,351w heads will swap like tom said. to get it latest info you can call fords tech line @ 586 468 1356. do not call on mon,tues or fri.those are the busiest days and you will still wait a while on the other days.the 351 cleveland heads take more work due to the different water passages like deuce 454 says . www.fordracing.com/performanceparts
