Ford 302 Rear Main Seal

I've got a 1986 Lincoln Mark IV 302 engine in a Bronco II with an automatic. Can anyone tell what rear main seal is in that year engine and how to replace it?
Thanks

aound 85-86 is when they started going with a 1 piece rear main seal.
i recommend finding the casting numbers on the block and searching to see if that block calls for a 1 piece seal or not. that will keep you from doing any un-needed work. if its a 1 piece, then pulling the trans is all you have to do. if this be the case on a 1 piece seal, also while having it apart, that you check the crank where the seal rides on. they have a tendancy to wear a groove in the crank. carquest or napa should have or be able to locate a redi-sleeve kit that comes with a reddi-sleeve, and the seal together. cost is around 50 bucks.
if it is not a 1 piece rear main seal, then your going to have to pull the pan or remove the engine since you have it in such a small vehicle. the seal, (2 piece) will be located in the rear main cap.
