Do you have a good fitting fan shroud on the radiator?

Thermostat, fan shroud, under drive pulley(s), reverse rotation/counter clockwise fan on a standard clockwise water pump - or vice versa, timing should be about 8-10 degrees BTDC normally with ported vacuum on a Ford. You need a 15 psig(1 BAR) cap which will allow the boiling temp to go as high as ~250F(121C).

If you have no fan, How do you expect the water to get cooled when your not moving?

That's fine - except there is no cool (ambient temp)air being drawn through and past the radiator fins.

NO FAN = HOT WHEN SITTING STILL!!!!

You have to have a fan, is there room to put a pusher fan in front of the radiator. These are not my first choice but they will help when there is no room behind the radiator

You will have nothing cooling the HOT water going into the radiator! The heater core cools very little.
