Post Ford 5.0 internal specs
Does anyone have a source for identifying what the internal specs for late model 5.0 engines?
I have a 5.0 from an '88 Crown Vic wagon and want to know if it has forged pistons from the factory. Seems I read an article in Hot Rod or some other mag that recommended pre-'92 5.0 as they had forged as opposed to cast pistons. I haven't had a chance to get the numbers off the motor, but figured what the hell, worth a shot to see if anyone knows about them.
