Ford 9 Inch Yoke
 

I recently had a 9 inch leak on me from the pinion. I change out the seal and it still weeps. The yoke had obvious indentations on it from where the seal sat. Should i replace the yoke. Could i have replaced the seal wrong?

The yoke is probably worn too far. You can get a new seal and place a .060" or so shim in the bore to hold the seal out in a different spot. Get a "speedy sleeve" repair sleeve and press onto the yoke. Or get another yoke.

That is your speedy sleeve that will fit your yoke.
