Which ford 9" will fit in a 84 chevy c-10
I am building am 84-Chevy short wheel base drag truck has a supercharged 355 and a Turbo 400 tranny. I am looking for the perfect rear end and thus far everyone is pointing me in the direction of Ford 9" can someone tell me what year model vehicles I should be looking for at the local junk yard? I'm all about going fast for cheap and changing gear isn't the problem its finding 1 that will fit without too much fanning. Later on I will have one cut and built but for now I'd just like to get something that will get me down the track. A few times. Thanks
