Question Ford engine question

Is the bolt pattern on the back of the block, the same on, let's say a '70 302, as it is on say an '85 5.0? And is it the same from a 164 to 157 flexplate? <img src="confused.gif" border="0">

addressing the flex plate question . there are two different size bell housings, one for each of the different size plates. the back of the eng is the same so all 302 bell housings will bolt up.
