Post Ford F-2 engine size

I have the original engine in my 1950 ford F-2. What is the engine displacement? I thought it was 215ci but I have also seen the same engine labeled as being 226ci. What size engine do I have???
thanks

If it is an OHV, it is the 215. The only other six was the 254 (flathead) and was only available in heavier chassis.

Aside from just knowing to look for timing cover configurations if you take off the valve cover and there's just rocker arms it's OHV, if there is a cam in the head it's OHC. And there is no mistaking a flathead.
