ford falcon 1964
I bought a 1964 falcon 2 door hardtop futura v8. the rearend has been changed, and the wheel bolt pattern is 4.25, 14inch, whereby the front is stock 4.00, 14 inch size. Am trying to find out what rearend I have. The falcon spring plates are 58 inches, and have not been modified, and this rearend is bolted right in, as original. The cast number I have found are
C70W 4025A 21. Is this a Granada rearend or what? Have checked the ratio and believe it to be a 8.8 Any help would be appreciated, as I have searched and searched for information. Please email jhilllongbow@aol.com thanks Jerry...........

If the ID Tag is gone I don't know.
I don't know if Ford stamps the Axle Tube like GM or not  >> http://tech.oldsgmail.com/axle_useage.php
