ford falcon manual transmission w/overdrive
I saw two of those transmission in a garage. If anyone Subject Matter Expert (SME) Ford falcon, I have shop manual, the manual stick/no overdrive up to 62. Maybe they made with overdrive in 63 to 65, even with later. I have a overdrive in my garage.
While looking on two of those transmission, I crawled under transmission of my 6 cylinder. My transmission has 450,000 and getting sloppy. My Ford F-100 short box. I made a pattern of the multi holes. The three speed as most of all with 8 bolts on toploader with short case. The falcon with 6 holes on the bellhousing using had a another (Falcon)? transmission to fit, but it has a pinion is fixed shaft output. I don't know about the driveshaft, is it a slip to the 3rd? I have pictures of what I have.
